    Plastic waste recycling is the process of converting plastic waste into reusable materials, promoting a circular economy and reducing environmental impact. This involves collecting, sorting, cleaning, and processing plastic waste to create new products. Recycling plastic helps conserve resources, reduce pollution, and minimize landfill waste. 

Steps in Plastic Recycling:-
1) Collection:-
  Plastic waste is gathered from various sources, including households, businesses, and recycling programs. 
2) Sorting:-
  Collected plastics are separated by type (e.g., PET, HDPE) using manual and automated methods. 
3) Cleaning:-
 The sorted plastics are washed to remove contaminants like food residue, labels, and dirt. 
4) Shredding/Grinding:-
   The cleaned plastic is shredded or ground into smaller flakes or pellets. 
5) Melting/Pelletizing:-
  The shredded plastic is melted down and reformed into pellets, which can be used to manufacture new products. 
6) Product Manufacturing:-
   The recycled plastic pellets are then used to create a wide range of new products, such as bottles, containers, furniture, and even textiles.
