Projects are reviewed by both governments on a rolling basis, covering project design, validation, and authorization.
Focus Areas: -
Eligible projects cover sectors including methane reduction in agriculture, renewable energy, waste management, and forestry.
Strategic Goal:-
This is Singapore's fifth such push to secure carbon credits internationally to meet its net-zero 2050 target, and its first within ASEAN.
