Jobs that are repetitive, routine, and data-heavy, such as data entry, basic customer service, and administrative support, face the highest risk of automation.
Job Creation: -
While some jobs disappear, new roles will emerge in technology development, AI maintenance, and positions requiring high emotional kointelligence.
Key Human Skills: -
Roles requiring empathy, complex problem-solving, strategic thinking, and advanced creativity are less likely to be replaced.
Collaboration: -
The future workplace will likely feature robots and AI working alongside humans (co-bots), particularly in fields like manufacturing and healthcare.
